Domaine du Bal comprises a seven-bedroom manor house and a two-bedroom outbuilding, each bordered by a natural pond and a swimming pool. Two lounges, a multimedia library, a beautiful veranda, a large kitchen-workshop, over a hectare of parkland, not forgetting the aptly-named Salle du Bal, a popular meeting place on the Côte Fleurie in the early 20th century, where Deauvillaises, Trouvillaises and their suitors would flock on Sundays to have lunch on the grass, and dance the summer evenings away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Situated on the heights of Trouville, three and a half kilometres from the town centre, Domaine du Bal is less than a five-minute drive from the beaches of Trouville-Deauville-Villerville.
